The company MT-Biomethan GmbH manufactures gas processing plants at its own site in Zeven, Germany. A production building with an area of 11,840 sq ft (1,100 m²) currently contains three production stations, which are each the size of two 40-foot containers.
As a result, three processing plants can be produced at the same time. There are also already plans to expand the production site.
The production time for a plant is approximately three months. The plants are delivered to their respective destinations by truck, where they are then installed by the specialists of MT-BioMethan.
The processing capacities of the bio-methane plants range from 250 Nm³/h to 2,000 Nm³/h of raw biogas. Thanks to the modular design, larger units can also easily be produced.
